Children from prominent schools of Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Panhala, Solapur, Beed Ambejogai, Satara regions had participated in this event held on February 14th& 15th Feb 2014. The completion is organized by MIT group in association with Robokidz India LLP. Prior to this event, all these students had been given 8 to 12 hours of rigorous training on assembling and handling the robos based on this year’s theme “Clean and Green Earth”. This entire training is being handled by Robokidz LLP, India in association with the students of MIT Academy of Engineering. Winners will competed further at the Robocon jr, 2014 to be held at Balewadi stadium, on March 2014. Students, all in the Grade of 1 & 2, 3rd to 5th, 6th to 9th , arrived at the campus of Vishwashanti Gurukul CBSE School on 14th Feb for league matches. Each thrilled to run their robot as many times as they could.There were 6 arenas for each pair of team.The practice session was followed by the competition on the next day.
